- How long will my item take to arrive?
Everything is made to order and our timescales are typically 2 business days from order to dispatch and 2-3 business days for delivery. Expedited services are available, just drop us a message!
- How much is postage?
Free for baskets over £30 and a maximum of £2.25 for baskets under £30.
- Can you make …?
Probably, yes! We can make almost anything for your furry friends and custom made orders are our speciality. If you are after something that isn’t listed or you’d like a particular colour / pattern, drop us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
- Do you have rats yourselves?
Of course! We have 3 separate mischiefs: the Boys, Girls and our retirement / rescue mischief. Check out our About Us page!
- How many hammocks do I need / what accessories?
Well, ideally your cage should be as cluttered as possible to provide the most enriching environment. Your setup will completely depend on cage size, mischief size and what else you have in there!
We’ve seen or advised on the majority of cages, so drop us a message if you’d like to discuss setups.
